
Fish Head Pâté
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to prepare. To make this pâté, you can use not only pink salmon heads, but any other fish as well. Feel free to add quality butter to the finished pâté — it will give it a more paste-like texture. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.

Prepare the ingredients.

Place the fish heads, peeled onion, a clove of garlic, and carrot in the multicooker bowl.

Add peppercorns and salt.

Place the inner pot in the pressure multicooker. Close the lid and set the valve to the "Closed" position. Set the cooking time to 50 minutes and press the "Start" button. If you do not have such a kitchen helper, boil the heads in a pot on the stove for 3–5 hours.

When the pressure multi-cooker beeps, remove the vegetables and heads. Let cool.

Grind everything through a meat grinder, pour in the vegetable oil. Mix.
