
Crab Stick Pate
Description
Perfect for the table and with drinks. This tasty crab stick dish is ready in literally 15 minutes if you have boiled chicken eggs and thawed or chilled crab sticks on hand. If you like, you can use garlic mayonnaise—the flavor will only improve. Serve the appetizer with the meal.

Prepare the listed ingredients. Boil the chicken eggs for about 12–15 minutes, cool them in ice water, and peel off the shells. Thaw the crab sticks and remove the plastic film.

Cut the crab sticks into pieces and transfer them to the blender bowl.

Cut hard cheese of any variety into pieces of exactly the same size. Add to the container.

Break apart the hard-boiled chicken eggs, set the whites aside, and crumble the yolks directly into the food processor bowl. Process everything for 3–4 minutes.

Place the pâté in a deep container. Add 2 tbsp mayonnaise, salt, and ground black pepper.

Form the mixture into a round bull's head on a plate. Use ham and olives to make the face.

Grate the chicken egg whites on a fine grater, season with salt, and add 1 tbsp. mayonnaise. Mix and spread over the pâté.
