2. To make crab stick pâté, start by putting an egg on to boil. Meanwhile, unwrap the sticks and run them through a meat grinder. If you prefer, you can first combine all the ingredients, then blend the pâté until smooth with a blender.

3. Let the hard-boiled egg cool slightly, peel it, and pass it through the meat grinder as well.

4. Peel the bulb (in this version, red onion is used) and run it through the meat grinder as well. If desired, you can blanch the onion in boiling water or marinate it beforehand to remove excess bitterness.
