Smoked Mackerel Pâté
Description
A delicious appetizer for any gathering. Try making mackerel pâté using this recipe. Everything is as simple as can be, but you will be pleasantly surprised by its flavor. The pâté turns out very tender and savory, with a pleasant smoky aroma. You can serve it on a slice of bread, use it for bruschetta, tartlets, or all kinds of canapés. The pâté can also be used to stuff blinis or eggs, or you can simply serve it on crackers. Very tasty and a worthy addition to any table. Serve with herbs and sauce.

Fillet the fish and cut into pieces. Inspect the fillets carefully to make sure there are no small bones.

Pass the eggs and butter through a meat grinder. I use the coarse plate, but if you want the pâté to be more uniform, use the plate with small holes.
