Turkey Pâté with Arugula
Description
This pâté is quick to prepare, and its highlight is arugula, thyme, and lemon. It can be made in different ways. The first option: put all the chopped ingredients into a slow cooker; the second option is to cook the liver and blend it with all the other ingredients in a blender. After preparation, refrigerate the pâté, and after a couple of hours you can serve it.

Step 1

1. This pâté is prepared the same way as the others. The recipe is classic and the traditions remain unchanged. So, we take turkey liver, wash it, cut it up, and put it in the blender.
- 2
Step 2

2. While the liver is being minced, squeeze the lemon juice and add it to the mixture.

Step 3

3. Among the seasonings, a very delicate one is thyme. It is this spice that will give the pâté its unique and piquant aroma. Season with thyme, and also salt and pepper the resulting mixture.

Step 4

4. Separately whip the cream until light and fluffy, then add it to the blender as well.

Step 5

5. And finally, the main component is arugula. Before putting it in the blender, chop it with a knife first.
- 6
Step 6

6. At the end, add lemon zest.

Step 7

7. Now place our mixture in a multicooker or microwave, where it will cook on "Baking" mode for about half an hour. There is another way to prepare the pâté—boil the turkey liver first and blend it in a blender with all the ingredients. I prefer the second option, because the pâté turns out magnificent!
