
Bean Pâté with Provençal Herbs

But pâté doesn't have to be made only from meat or offal. Try making an unusual and, most importantly, healthy bean pâté with Provençal herbs! 1. To make the pâté, we will need the following ingredients.

2. Rinse the beans and place them in the blender bowl. Wash the parsley and green onions, pat dry, and add them to the beans. Peel the garlic and add it to the bowl as well.

3. Zest the lemon and squeeze out the juice. Add to the remaining ingredients.

4. Add Provençal herbs, season with salt, and add olive oil.
