Bean pâté with garlic

60 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Bean pâté is very easy to make, but it takes time to cook the beans. To speed this up, soak the beans in cold water until they swell. You can make things easier and buy ready-made canned beans. With those, you’ll have the pâté ready in 20–25 minutes. But we’re not looking for easy ways, so it’s better to cook the beans yourself—they’ll be free of flavor enhancers and preservatives. Adjust the amount of garlic and onion to your taste. Overall, the dish is tasty and filling. Serve the appetizer at the table.
