Bean Pâté

Description
The recipe won't take much time. I'll tell you, the appetizer is ready. Serve right away.

Step 1
1. Rinse the beans and soak them in water for 4 hours. Then boil them in that same water. At the very end of cooking, add spices to taste.

2. Shell and chop the hazelnuts; drain the beans (do not discard the cooking liquid yet).

3. Chop the onion and sauté until golden brown. Now combine all the ingredients and blend them in a blender until smooth.

4. Now add the spices, and if the pâté is a bit thick, thin it slightly with bean cooking liquid. Done!
