Eggplant Pâté

Prepare all ingredients.

Peel the eggplant, cut it into cubes. Salt and let sit for 5-10 minutes.

Then sauté together with the garlic over medium heat until fully cooked.

Blend all the ingredients together in a blender. Transfer the pâté to a jar and refrigerate for a couple of hours until it thickens.
