Easter pie
Description
The recipe for each of the above-mentioned pies may vary depending on the region, so every housewife usually has her own signature, tried-and-true recipe. Easter pie in Italy is essentially a quiche with cheese, sausage, and spices. It's not difficult to prepare, but it takes quite a bit of time. It can be served with tea or coffee.

Step 11. Bake for one and a half hours at 190 degrees. Then remove and let the pie cool down; leave it for 2 hours, or even longer, so that all the ingredients can absorb the juice and set. Ready!
