
Easter Kulich in a Multicooker
Description
The baking process is simple and quick. Baking in a multicooker is much easier than in an oven, as nothing will burn. If you follow the correct proportions, the result is incredibly delicious baked goods. You can add raisins, candied fruits, poppy seeds, or cinnamon to the dough. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.

1. To make the sponge, dissolve the yeast in warmed milk, add sugar, flour, and mix thoroughly. Cover the resulting mixture with a towel and leave at room temperature. The sponge needs to rise.

2. Crack two eggs and one yolk into a bowl, add sugar, and whisk everything together.

3. Add salt, vanilla, and thoroughly whisk everything with a whisk or blender.

5. Add softened butter to the dough and knead it in.
