Description

Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Having a recipe for yeast-free Easter kulich like this one on hand is sometimes essential, especially when you're short on time. The baked goods turn out tender, delicious, and always successful. 1. First, separate the egg whites from the yolks. Set the whites aside for now, and beat the yolks with sugar in a deep bowl. 2. Add softened butter, cut into small pieces, to the yolks, and beat until smooth. 3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Sift the mixture and gradually add it to the bowl in small portions, stirring constantly. 4. Slightly warm the milk and slowly pour it into the batter in a thin stream. 5. Beat the reserved egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold them into the batter using a spatula. 6. Toss the raisins in a small amount of flour, then add them to the batter. Gently mix once more. 7. Prepare the baking molds. Grease them with butter and, if desired, dust lightly with flour. 8. Divide the batter among the molds and place them in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F). 9. Bake for about 40 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden brown (baking time may vary depending on the size of the molds). Decorate the yeast-free Easter kulich at home with icing made from beaten egg white and powdered sugar, along with sprinkles. Enjoy a delicious Easter! Serve cooled or slightly warm.
