Easter Egg Appetizer
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The base of the appetizer will be boiled eggs, which I suggest serving on a bed of greens. This could be spinach, arugula, lettuce leaves, or a favorite mix, for example. The dressing can also be anything: vegetable oil, cheese sauce, balsamic vinegar, or simply lemon juice, as in this case. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.

1. Hard-boil the eggs, cool and peel them. Slice the carrots thinly and cut out crests like these.

2. Make slits in the tops of the eggs and place carrot in them.

3. On a serving plate, arrange the herbs and sprinkle with lemon juice. Place the eggs on top. You can make the eyes with cloves or ground pepper. You get these appetizing little chicks. In my opinion, it’s an excellent Easter appetizer made from eggs.
