Fruit jelly custard paskha
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. 1. The recipe for custard Easter with fruit jelly cannot be called simple, but the result is truly worth it. First, mix softened butter with powdered sugar until smooth (regular sugar can also be used). 2. Add eggs and beat well. 3. Gradually add sour cream, thoroughly mixing the mass. 4. Place the resulting mixture over heat and bring to a boil. Then simmer for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly. 5. Press cottage cheese under a weight beforehand, then rub it through a fine sieve to remove lumps and make its texture lighter. Add vanillin. 6. Combine the cooked mixture with the cottage cheese and mix thoroughly. Add dried fruits, candied fruits, or nuts. 7. Now prepare the jelly. Follow the instructions on the package, but use only half the amount of water indicated. First, dissolve only one packet. 8. Cover the mold with cheesecloth. Place a portion of the cottage cheese mixture inside and pour the jelly on top. Refrigerate until the jelly sets completely. 9. Then add the remaining cottage cheese mixture and pour the second portion of jelly on top. Return to the refrigerator. 10. Homemade custard Easter with fruit jelly is ready. Carefully remove it from the mold and serve. The finished dessert can now be served.
