I'll share with you how to prepare the icing: beat the chilled egg white until stiff and thick, then add half a cup of powdered sugar. Beat the mixture for a few minutes, then add a little lemon juice and beat again. Spread the prepared icing over the Easter bread. Let it cool slightly before serving, or serve warm. Enjoy!

Sift 100 grams of flour into a deep bowl, add the yeast, and pour in the warm milk. Mix well and let it sit in a warm place for 1 hour, covering the starter with a towel.

Mix the yolks with sugar, vanilla sugar, and honey. Rub together, adding a pinch of salt.

Add the yolk mixture to the sponge, mixing thoroughly. Also add the whipped egg whites and mix.

Add the softened butter and rinsed raisins, then mix. Sift in the remaining flour and knead until you get a smooth, lump-free dough. Transfer the dough to a bowl greased with vegetable oil and cover with plastic wrap. Let it rest for 1 hour.

Line the baking pans with parchment paper and place the dough in them, filling them up to 2/3. Put in a warm place for 35 minutes. After that time, bake the Easter bread in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
