Description

The recipe won't take much time. This very original vanilla Easter cake recipe I borrowed from a friend, and I highly recommend it to you. It might seem too rich in eggs, but it's not customary to be frugal at Easter. During Lent, believers stock up on the necessary ingredients for the festive table, which should be both beautiful and delicious. Instead of vanilla, you can add the grated zest of one lemon. Good luck! Serve chilled.

    Soak the raisins in warm water, and mash the cottage cheese with a fork or pass it through a sieve.

    Add eggs, raisins, and vanilla to the cottage cheese with sugar. Mix everything with a blender until smooth. Let it sit for 2–3 hours in a warm place.
