Cottage cheese Easter pudding

Description

The recipe won't take much time. It's very simple. Beat the eggs with sugar and milk, bring to a boil, and add butter. Into the resulting mixture, add cottage cheese, sour cream, vanilla, raisins, and mix well. Line a mold with cheesecloth and place the cheese mixture into it. Refrigerate until completely set, then remove the mold and decorate the paskha. Christ is Risen! Serve chilled.
