Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Excessively wet cottage cheese is not suitable for making paskha, but the situation can be fixed. Place the cottage cheese on a cheesecloth and let the excess liquid drain off. After that, the cottage cheese can be used as intended. If you like candied fruits or raisins, you can add them at the end when mixing the cottage cheese with condensed milk. The ready dessert can be served at the table.
