Blend the cottage cheese with a blender until smooth, add sugar, vanilla, softened butter, yogurt, and blend again. Then add crushed cookies. For all the details, the ready dessert can be served immediately.

Place the Easter mold into a deep plate. Line the mold with cheesecloth folded in two layers.

Add pieces of cookies to the cottage cheese mixture and stir. Place the mixture into a mold, cover with gauze, put a small plate on top and place a weight on it—this could be a jar filled with water. Leave the paskha in a cool place for 10–12 hours. Periodically drain the whey from the plate.
