Almond and raisin paska
Description
I've been making almond and raisin Easter cheese bread for several years now. I buy cottage cheese and sour cream at the market—they're always high-fat. I always taste the resulting mixture and add spices to my liking. I want to point out that the mold must have a net pattern or holes so that the whey can drain off. The most exciting part is decorating the almond and raisin Easter cheese bread with candied fruits. I always arrange the letters X and B—Christ is Risen! And if there are children in the house, I let them help with decorating the bread. I believe the joy present during the preparation makes it truly magical. Good luck and
