If you love crème brûlée, you'll really enjoy this paskha too. It has a pronounced flavor and aroma of baked milk; such paskha used to be called "red." Preparing it isn't much more difficult than making regular paskha, though it will take more time, since you'll need to prepare the baked milk yourself.     If you don't have boiled condensed milk, prepare it yourself. Pour milk into a ceramic pot and place it in an oven heated to 170 degrees. Every 20 minutes, press the foam from the milk's surface down to the bottom. Cook for about 3 hours this way, until approximately 1 liter of milk remains.

    Now pour the melted milk with the foam into a large saucepan, and add sour cream and buttermilk to it.
