Yogurt Easter dessert
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I love light desserts, or rather light sweet dishes. Cottage cheese seems to me quite heavy for Easter pudding, so I decided to experiment and make a yogurt-based Easter dessert. It turned out very tasty. Serve chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
First, you need to mix the sour cream with sugar. Mix thoroughly.
- 2
Step 2
Gradually add yogurt to the sour cream, mixing until smooth and uniform in consistency.
- 3
Step 3
In advance, prepare a piece of gauze. Place the sour cream-yogurt mixture onto the gauze and wrap it tightly, ensuring there are no exposed areas.
- 4
Step 4
Place in a colander or other perforated container and refrigerate for 24 hours. During this time, excess liquid will drain off and the mixture will become denser.
- 5
Step 5
After 24 hours, you can continue. Add a yolk and a pinch of vanillin to the resulting mixture.
- 6
Step 6
Also add softened butter.
- 7
Step 7
Pour boiling water over the dried fruits and, if desired, chop them. Combine with the remaining ingredients. Beat thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- 8
Step 8
Place the ready mixture into a mold previously lined with gauze, and refrigerate for at least another day.
- 9
Step 9
When the homemade yogurt paska is ready, it can be additionally decorated and served.
