Let the dough rise in a warm place for several hours. At the end, add zest, vanilla, and raisins. Bake the Easter bread in the oven, then cover with icing (egg white beaten with ½ cup sugar) and sprinkles. Good luck! The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.

Prepare the choux pastry. Place milk and butter in a saucepan and bring to a boil, add 3 cups of flour, mix well. Let the mixture cool.

Prepare the sponge. Mix the yeast with 0.5 liters of milk and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Let the sponge rise.
