Steamed fish patties in a multicooker
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I cook these steamed fish patties in a multicooker at home very often. Sometimes you get tired of fried food high in cholesterol, so steamed dishes come in handy. The patty recipe is quite simple, yet their taste will impress even a seasoned gourmet. Serve the finished dish at the table.

Step 1

1. Let's start preparing steamed fish patties in a multicooker at home: for this dish, we will need fish mince. You can make it yourself or use ready-made mince. Similarly, you can take whole fish and fillet it for the mince, or you can use ready-made fillets.

Step 2

2. We will get about 500-600 grams of ready-made minced fish (depending on the fish size). I always use hake or pollock for this purpose.

Step 3

3. Add the carrot and onion blended in a blender to the meat mixture, and beat in 1 egg. Season to taste and add salt, then shape into patties.

Step 4

4. Shape the patties. I have special molds for this.

Step 5

5. The patties turn out juicier when formed in molds. Here's a little tip: place a small piece of butter in the center. Now place the patties into the multicooker and select the appropriate cooking mode.

Step 6

6. Serve the ready-made cutlets with a side dish—rice or buckwheat porridge. Fresh vegetables can also be served with the cutlets.
