Steamed meatballs in the microwave
Description
Steamed meatballs in the microwave turn out just as tender and delicious as those made in a steamer, but it takes 3-4 times less time. This is a great solution for those who don't have any other appliance suitable for making steamed meatballs. If you don't have a plastic tray, a plastic colander will work just as well.
