Beef steamed cutlets

Description

The recipe won't take much time. It's clear why steamed dishes are healthier than fried ones—no high-calorie fats, no carcinogens... But what about boiling—is it harmful? No, it's not harmful, but a significant portion of nutrients and vitamins leaches into the water. So if you don't use the broth afterward, it's not ideal. Besides, many dishes simply can't be boiled—meatballs, for example, thrown into boiling water, will turn into little dumplings. Now, I'd like to tell you... Serve hot.
