Description
I cook pizza using many recipes, experiment, and look for unusual ones. Today I want to introduce you to Parisian pizza—this is what Neapolitans call it, and they certainly know their pizza. It can be served with tea or coffee.

1. Peel the tomatoes, cut them into cubes, place in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add olive oil, salt, and mix. Roll out the pizza dough into a 0.5-0.7 cm thick layer and place it onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

2. Place most of the prepared tomato sauce onto the dough, sprinkle with a handful of grated Parmesan.

3. Cover the sauce with thinly sliced ham slices.

4. Place sliced provolone-type cheese, or smoked cheese, on the ham. Add the remaining tomato sauce.

5. Top layer – a sheet of puff pastry. Seal the edges, brush the top of the pizza with egg yolk beaten with 1 tablespoon of milk.

6. Bake the pizza in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
