Description

The baking is simple and quick. The dough for "Paratha" flatbreads is incredibly easy, containing only water, salt, flour, and vegetable oil. So, it simply can't go wrong. By the way, this dough is perfect for learning how to knead dough: it will turn out fine no matter what, the main thing is to knead it well until it becomes smooth and uniform. The classic filling for these flatbreads is mashed potatoes with plenty of fresh herbs. The baked flatbreads make an excellent addition to vegetable soups and broths. Serve them cooled down or slightly warm.
