
Panna cotta
Description
Classic panna cotta is white in color, but there are many variations. The possibilities for creativity in its preparation are endless. By the way, you can top the dessert with a berry filling.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients to make the dessert.

Soak the gelatin in milk in two bowls. Place 10 grams of gelatin in each bowl and pour in 60 ml of cold milk. Let stand for 20–25 minutes to soften.

To prepare the light layer, bring the remaining milk and cream to a boil. Add sugar and vanillin. Add the swollen gelatin into the hot mixture and stir until completely dissolved. It is advisable to strain the mixture.

Pour the vanilla layer into the cups. Place the cups themselves at an angle. Refrigerate for 2–4 hours, until completely set.

For the chocolate layer, combine the remaining milk, cream, and sugar. Bring to a boil and add the chocolate. Let it melt. Then add the gelatin to the hot mixture. Mix well. For a smooth consistency, blend with an immersion blender.

Cool the mixture to room temperature and pour it into cups over the light layer. Refrigerate until set.
