Prepare all the ingredients.

Soak tapioca balls in water for 1 hour beforehand.

Then drain the water, transfer the tapioca to a heavy-bottomed pot, and cover with plenty of clean water. Bring to a boil and cook the pearls for 10-15 minutes. They should become transparent.

Then drain the tapioca balls into a sieve and thoroughly rinse off the jelly under cold water.

In a saucepan, mix coconut milk with sugar and bring to a boil. Separately, dissolve agar-agar in a small amount of water or milk. Add tapioca pearls and the dissolved agar-agar to the saucepan, bring to a boil again, and cook over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.

Then pour the resulting mixture into molds, ramekins, or glasses. I use individual pudding molds. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours to set.

For the berry sauce, transfer the berries to a saucepan, add sugar and 1-2 tablespoons of water. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
