Panna cotta without cream
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This milk dessert with berry mousse is a favorite children's treat, although, indeed, it's hard for an adult to resist it as well. Serve the panna cotta chilled, along with a cup of hot drink: tea or coffee, latte, cappuccino. Serve chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. You can use any berries or replace them with juicy fruits.
- 2
Step 2

Pour milk of any fat content into a saucepan, a kazan, or a pot. Place the container on the stove and heat almost to boiling, stirring in 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar.
- 3
Step 3

Add the gelatin, removing the container from the heat. Let it sit for 5 minutes so the gelatin can swell, then stir thoroughly. Cool to approximately room temperature.
- 4
Step 4

Pour the milk with gelatin into glasses or cups, filling them halfway. Place the containers in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the jelly to set.
- 5
Step 5

Rinse the berries and pour them into a saucepan. Add granulated sugar and pour in hot water. Boil everything for about 5-8 minutes, allowing the berries to release their color, flavor, and aroma into the liquid.
- 6
Step 6

Press them through a sieve and remove the pulp.
- 7
Step 7

Add gelatin to the hot berry compote and stir thoroughly. Let it sit for 5 minutes to swell, then stir again and cool to room temperature.
- 8
Step 8

Pour the berry liquid into glasses with milk jelly, then return to the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
- 9
Step 9

When serving, decorate the dessert to your taste.
