Panna cotta with berries
Description
The recipe won't take much time. For preparing this dessert, it's best to use high-fat cream, as the creaminess of the taste depends exactly on its fat content. If you use low-fat cream, you'll end up with just a milk jelly. However, you can use absolutely any berries. Enjoy cooking! Serve chilled.

Step 3

Pour into dessert glasses, filling them halfway. Refrigerate for a couple of hours until the mixture sets.

Step 4

While the dessert is setting, prepare the berry filling. Add a little sugar to the berries and a mixture of starch and water, which should be mixed separately. Heat the mixture until it comes to a boil. The mixture should thicken. If it becomes too thick, add a little water. Then let the berry filling cool down.
