
Panna cotta with cherries
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Colorful and refreshing cherry panna cotta is a lifesaver for those tired of summer heat. This dessert will be perfect not only during the season, but also as a treat for holidays or afternoon tea. It's incredibly easy to make, as all ingredients can be bought at any supermarket. Serve chilled.

Prepare the listed ingredients. Buy cream with 10% or 20% fat content, but not higher.

Pour the cream into a saucepan or pot, place the container on the stove and heat gently, but do not bring to a boil. The cream should reach a temperature of about 80-90 degrees. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar, and stir thoroughly.

Add the gelatin and mix. Let it swell for 5-8 minutes, then stir again, lifting it from the bottom.

Let the cream cool slightly, then pour it into molds or cups. Place the molds in the refrigerator for 1 hour to set, or in the freezer for 20–30 minutes.

Meanwhile, remove the pits from the cherries and place them in a saucepan or pot. Add sugar and cook over medium heat for about 8–10 minutes. Then let cool.

Remove the set butter jelly and place the cherry jam on top, then pour the remaining syrup over it.

Decorate to taste. Chill if desired, or serve the cherry panna cotta immediately.
