Prepare the listed ingredients. You can use 10%, 15%, or 20% cream, but not higher!

Pour the cream into a saucepan or skillet, add sugar and vanilla sugar. Heat on the stove to 80-90 degrees, but do not bring to a boil.

Turn off the heat and add the gelatin, mix everything. Let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the gelatin to swell, then mix again.

Pour the cream mixture into glasses or cups, leaving a little space at the top for the mango layer. Place the containers with the cream mixture in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes, until completely set.

Peel half a mango fruit and rinse it under water. Grate on a fine grater or chop into small cubes. Transfer to a deep container and add granulated sugar. Puree with an immersion blender. If the mango is not juicy, add 1-2 tablespoons of water.
