
Panna cotta with kiwi
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Serve the dessert chilled; it's perfect for hot summer days when you crave something cool and refreshing, yet not too sweet. Choose ripe kiwis—they should be slightly soft when pressed. Serve chilled.

Prepare the listed ingredients.

Into a saucepan or pot, pour granulated sugar and vanilla sugar, setting aside 1–2 tablespoons for the kiwi puree.

Pour in the cream, bring it almost to a boil by placing the saucepan on the stove. Turn off the heat and add the gelatin. Stir gently and let it sit for 5 minutes, then stir again until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

Pour the warm cream into glasses, ramekins, or cups. Place the containers in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours to set.

Peel the kiwi and rinse it, then slice and place into the blender or food processor bowl. Add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar and blend into a puree.
