Description

Juicy panna cotta is perfect paired with a refreshing coffee or tea. You can decorate the dessert to your taste: coconut flakes, chocolate, fresh mint leaves, etc. The dessert's shelf life is 2 days when refrigerated.

    Prepare the listed ingredients. Use fresh blueberries in summer and frozen in winter. Cream can be purchased with 10%, 15%, or 20% fat content.

    Pour the cream into a saucepan or pot, place it on the stove, and turn on moderate heat. Add the sugar and stir thoroughly until it dissolves. At this stage, you can add a little vanilla flavoring.

    Warm the cream, but do not boil. Turn off the heat and let it cool slightly, then add the gelatin and stir to mix. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes to soften, then stir again until completely dissolved.
