
Panna cotta (diet recipe)
Description
To this diet recipe, you can serve "Dyutella" – an alternative to Nutella made from skimmed milk powder, cocoa, stevia, and flavorings. Or serve panna cotta with caramel syrup, fresh fruits, or berries.

Pour milk into a saucepan, add sweetener, butter, and caramel essence. Heat over low heat, stirring, until the milk begins to boil, then remove from heat. Place gelatin sheets into a small amount of cold water.

Add the squeezed gelatin to the hot milk, stir, and place the mixture over heat for 3 minutes, constantly stirring.

Once the gelatin has completely dissolved, turn off the heat and pour the milk mixture into the mold. Let the dessert cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or preferably overnight.
