Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. There are many variations of this dessert's flavor: from the classic version without additions to fruity ones. I suggest a version with mango, but it can easily be replaced with bananas or strawberries, for example. In general, take a look at it. The ready dessert can be served at the table.

Soak agar-agar in water according to the instructions on the package. If it is not in powder form, use 4 tablespoons.

Peel the mango, cut it in half, and remove the pit. Puree the flesh.

In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, and cream. Place over low heat. Constantly stir and cook until the sugar dissolves.

Place agar-agar over heat and dissolve in water.

Return the butter mixture to the heat and add agar-agar. Cook the mixture until dissolved, stirring constantly.
