Description

Pour kefir of any fat content into a deep container and add sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar. Crack in a chicken egg and whisk everything thoroughly.

Add top-grade wheat flour and baking soda. Mix the dry ingredients thoroughly into the liquid mixture and pour in neutral vegetable oil.
