Banana and oatmeal pancakes
Description
Delicious baked treats for the whole family. Unlike fritters, pancakes are made with milk. The main ingredients besides milk are eggs and flour. Today I suggest replacing part of the flour with quick-cooking oats, and part of the sugar with a ripe sweet banana. The result is healthy, sweet, and very tasty oil-free pancakes. They fry wonderfully in a dry non-stick pan. If you don’t have one, you need to grease the pan with fat or add a little vegetable oil to the batter, then they won’t stick. I got 12 large pancakes. You can serve them with tea or coffee.
