Pancakes with kefir
Description
To make fluffy pancakes, add baking soda or baking powder. Remember that the kefir should be at room temperature when making pancakes. I usually add flour and kefir by eye—the batter should have the consistency of thin sour cream. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions

Now you can pour in the oil and mix everything with a wooden spoon.

Step 5

Grease the pan with oil using a paper towel and heat it thoroughly. Place two tablespoons of batter in the center of the pan, shaping it into a round pancake. Once small bubbles appear, flip it to the other side.

Step 6

The main thing is not to overcook them. Ready kefir pancakes can be served with jam, condensed milk, honey, or sour cream.
