Pancakes with yogurt
Description
The baking is simple and quick. You can use kefir or soured milk instead of yogurt. Pancakes can be shaped using a baking mold or a special pan, but experienced cooks usually pour the batter "by eye." These American-style pancakes are made with berries or fruits and served with maple syrup, jam, sour cream, or honey.
