Description
Prepare these delicious, beautiful pancakes for a holiday table or Sunday afternoon tea. They go wonderfully with whipped cream, condensed milk, or sour cream. Serve with tea or coffee.

Prepare all the ingredients you need for making pancakes.

In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.

Combine room temperature milk with melted butter. Add sugar and vanillin.

Mix the eggs with red food colouring.

Pour the milk mixture and the egg mixture into the dry ingredients.

Mix thoroughly.

Heat the frying pan well, then use moderate heat. Pour in a small amount of batter (about 2 tablespoons) and fry until bubbles appear on the surface of the batter.

Carefully flip the pancake and fry the second side for 1 more minute.

Similarly, fry all the pancakes.
