
Flax Flour Pancakes

Perfect with tea and coffee. Low-carb pancakes made with flaxseed flour are great for the keto diet or dietary nutrition. They turn out very tasty and soft. The pancakes have a neutral flavor, so they pair wonderfully with sour cream, berries, lightly salted salmon, cream cheese or caviar. They can be served with tea or coffee.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. If you don't have flaxseed meal, you can make it at home. To do this, grind flax seeds in a coffee grinder. I made an unsweetened version; if you'd like it sweet, add sweetener.

Crack the chicken eggs into a bowl, add salt. Mix with a fork or whisk.

Add the sour cream and stir. Instead of sour cream, you can add plain yogurt or kefir.

Mix the dough. Add 1/2 tablespoon of clarified butter.
