Sugar-free pancakes
Description
The baked goods are easy and quick to make. You can make sugar-free pancakes not only for breakfast but also as a hearty snack during the day. The pancakes turn out tender, fragrant, and very tasty! If the sweetness from the banana isn’t enough for you, serve the finished dish with jam, honey, condensed milk, or any fruits and berries. Be sure to remember that you need to cook the pancakes at a low temperature—if you fry them over high heat, they will burn on the outside quickly while staying raw inside. You can serve them with tea or coffee.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all ingredients. Choose very ripe bananas—they are what gives the sweetness.
- 2
Step 2

You can combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl—first mash the banana with a fork until it resembles purée, then mix with a mixer. I find it more convenient to do this in a blender. It’s enough to slice the banana into rounds.
- 3
Step 3

Add the remaining ingredients.
- 4
Step 4

And mix until smooth. In under 5 minutes, and the dough is ready!
- 5
Step 5

The finished dough should not be overly thick—it is somewhat like pancake batter, only a little thicker.
- 6
Step 6

Cook the pancakes in a dry, preheated skillet. With a ladle, pour the batter and spread it so you get a small pancake (it should not be too thin).
- 7
Step 7

Cook the pancakes for literally a minute, then flip them over and cook for about another minute on the other side.
- 8
Step 8

The sugar-free pancakes are ready. Stack them and bring to the table. From the amount of ingredients listed, you get about 7–10 pancakes.
