Pangasius in sour cream
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I should note that the pangasius I got wasn't overly fatty. Generally, the fish is quite juicy, though I usually cut off the fatty parts on the sides. To cook pangasius in sour cream, take a medium bell pepper (you can substitute with carrot), a tomato (or tomato paste), and sour cream of medium fat content. I serve the cooked fish with baked potatoes—it's a perfect combination. The dish is ready to be served.
