
Pangasius in sweet and sour sauce
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To make the dish vibrant, we'll add different peppers—green and red. For preparing pangasius in sweet and sour sauce, take fish fillets—just a couple, though one is enough for me. Sweet and sour sauce can be made in various ways. I usually use soy sauce, ginger, and vinegar for it. See the recipe below. Serve hot.

Pour soy sauce over the fish and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, chop the vegetables.

Now make the sauce: mix 1/2 cup of water, sugar, starch, ketchup, and soy sauce.

Mix the egg with the starch, add to the fish, and stir.

On a preheated skillet, fry the fish in oil.

You can place the fish on a paper towel to let the fat drain off.
