Pangasius with vegetables in a multicooker
Description
To prepare pangasius with vegetables in a multicooker, we will need a medium-sized fish fillet (or two). I add zucchini to make the dish more juicy. Since pangasius is a very fatty fish, I use sour cream instead of mayonnaise. I also recommend using a mixture of Provencal herbs to give the dish a unique aroma.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Slice the potatoes into rounds and place them on the bottom of the multicooker.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the fish into portion pieces, season with salt and pepper, and place on top of the potatoes.
- 3
Step 3

Then we lay out the zucchini slices. If the vegetable is young, with thin skin, you can leave the skin on.
- 4
Step 4

Now place the washed and sliced tomatoes in circles.
- 5
Step 5

Dilute the sour cream with a small amount of water, pour the resulting mixture into the multicooker, and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Set the "Pilaf" mode for about 40 minutes. When the signal sounds, remove the ready pangasius with vegetables from the multicooker.
