Grilled pangasius
Description
The recipe won't take much time. It's suitable for barbecue, grill, or open fire. To prepare pangasius on the grill, you'll need fresh fish and small limes (you can use lemons). I use a standard fish seasoning. Fish cooked outdoors turns out aromatic and very tasty. Serve it with fresh vegetables, olives, and herbs. Enjoy hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Slice the lime into rings. Rinse the fish, generously season with salt and add fish spices. Place the fish on the grill and put the sliced lime rings on top.
- 2
Step 2

Build a fire; the fish can marinate in the spices in the meantime. It's better to cook over embers rather than open flame.
- 3
Step 3

The fish can marinate for about an hour. Then place the grill on the coals.
- 4
Step 4

Fry, turning constantly. About 25 minutes total, until golden brown.

Step 5

Here's the grilled pangasius, ready to serve.
