Description

The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. To make the Ukrainian borscht truly outstanding, you need to put effort not only into cooking the soup itself, but also into making perfect buns to go with it. Serve cooled down or slightly warm.

Place the dough in a warm spot for half an hour to let it rise. Then knead it with your hands and roll into small balls. Place them in the oiled bowl of a multicooker, leaving space between the balls. During cooking, the buns will expand, filling in the gaps.

Set the multicooker to the mode with the lowest temperature and let the dough rise once again.

Now set the multicooker to the "Baking" mode for forty-five minutes. While the buns are baking, prepare the topping for them. In a small bowl, combine the remaining butter, chopped herbs (parsley and dill), and pressed garlic. Brush the finished buns with the sauce and serve.
